Join Devin Kibbe this December for a special relaxation yoga class that embraces light and warmth, and encourages deep relaxation. It is a slow paced class that will begin with simple stretches and long, restorative positions to relax muscles tense from shopping and the cold. When the body is warm and open we will transition to a relaxed position (savasana) for a guided meditation called Yoga Nidra, or the yogi's sleep. This guided meditation promotes deep relaxation and restoration in the body and mind. It is a journey through different layers of consciousness simultaneously stimulating the brain and relaxing it.
