Yoga is not for the flexible. It is for the willing.
Devin will be instructing a workshop designed to help you explore flexibility and mobility in the hamstrings with poses/stretches that work but are also safe for your low back.. Hamstring mobility can help to improve movements into poses including inversions, arm balances, and facilitate an even more enjoyable restorative yoga practice.
This workshop is best if:
You're not sure why your hamstrings are still tight after years of practice
You have a lot of low back pain
Your have specific questions
You want to start stretching more and not sure where to begin
Please speak with Devin about alternatives if you have any injuries in the body, especially in the hamstrings or hips
