Ready to be upside down? Here we go! This is a class that is best for those with very limited experience in inversion, or none at all, who are ready to practice handstand, forearm balance and/or headstand. Because of the nature of these poses, we do strongly suggest that participants have a least a year of yoga practice and require that participants have no known neck injuries or conditions. We will practice a brief warm-up and begin the basics of being upside down. Devin is trained in the details and alternative techniques to have everyone successfully upside down. Space is limited so participants have more support.
