Let go. Relax. Wind down. Enjoy some quiet time. Whatever you call it--it's you time! Traditional yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditations are fit together to let you restore mind, body, and soul. A class for all levels--anyone who wants to relax! It is a slow paced class that will begin with simple stretches and long, restorative positions. When the body is warm and open we will transition to a relaxed position (savasana) for a guided meditation called Yoga Nidra, or the yogi's sleep. This guided meditation promotes deep relaxation and restoration in the body and mind. It is a journey through different layers of consciousness simultaneously stimulating the brain and relaxing it.
