Hot Yoga| 60 min. or 75 min.; Heated 90-96 degrees
Hot yoga most notably increases the mobility of joints and muscles in the body. It is commonly a favorite class among athletes and those who seek challenge in their yoga class. Hot Yoga can also be a greater challenge for the cardiovascular system and the muscles as they are engaged fully, more quickly. Like other yoga practices, hot yoga is not just a physical exercise but incorporates breath control and mental focus practices that help build a resilient mind and promotes emotional well-being. Many who practice Hot Yoga feel immediate benefits of mental clarity and boosted energy. Participants must be at least 16 years of age; read more guidelines here. Hot Yoga is appropriate for beginners with some experience; it is not suggested as a 'first ever' yoga class or for those who need a lot of modifications.
