Yoga for Grief & Loss
Through community, discussion, and yoga those of us who are dealing with a death of a loved one will come together to share stories and ideas through this journey of grief and loss. This bereavement group is intended to be a safe place for you to come and share what you need, and take self-care ideas to help nurture yourself. Devin and Nicole will help to lead a discussion before a short yoga practice. Nicole and Devin have both used yoga as part of holistic self-care regime after the passing of parents. Please note that neither Nicole nor Devin are trained therapists or counselors. This group is not intended to be therapy, but a like-minded group of individuals looking to give and receive support.
