Join Nicole for Aerial Yoga using yoga swings to float, invert, and fly! Traditional yoga poses have a new relationship with gravity and finally add pulling motions to a yoga practice. Aerial Yoga helps to decrease pressure and compression in the spine, encourages core and upper-body strength, and provides a supportive deep stretch. This new series offers 8 weeks to progressively learn the full spectrum of the swing. Beginners and experienced fliers are welcome!

July 27 - Core & Upper Body
August 3 - Happy Hips
August 10 - Vinyasa Swing
August 17 - Tricks & Flips
August 24 - Restorative Aerial
August 31 - Play Time! This class with be a jungle gym of swing favorites for review.
Participants must register and pay in advance.
Your space is then reserved for the full 8 weeks, even if you are unable to attend each class.
Minimum 4 participants for the series to run. If the series fills we will start a second.
