WEEKLY CLASSES

Classes are currently on Wellness Living for booking! No walk-ins for in person classes. 

Classes marked Vaccinated are in our studio for fully vaccinated participants only. Online classes are held via Zoom.​

Online Participants

1) Register for Class on WellnessLiving

2a) If the series you will receive the link and instructions for class the day before. The same link is used each week. Recordings are emailed after the class and watch-able for 7 days.
2b) For one-off online classes we will email a link about 30 minutes before class starts to enter the Zoom meeting.
3) Please check your spam/promotions if you don't see the link. Email us if you cannot find it BEFORE class starts.

In-Person Participants

No Walk-Ins, register via WellnessLiving. Documentation of vaccination is currently required.

Cancellation Policy

All in person classes held at our studio location at 26 Holden Street have a 4 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel before that time your purchased class pass is forfeited. If you 'early cancel', more than 4 hours before class starts, the pass is returned to your account for future use. No refunds.


If you are on a wait-list and get moved into class you will receive an automated email notifying you of this change. The same 4-hour cancellation applies. If you are no longer able to attend the class please remove yourself from the waitlist in the same method you booked to avoid being added in.


Some special workshops and retreats may have different cancellation policies and would be noted on our website or in the class description/marketing.

These feelings inform and guide our classes and practices at North Adams Yoga, as we focus on teaching skills, not just leading a class. We offer a variety of yoga and fitness classes, workshops, and events to help all of our clients thrive.
