Deep Release Yoga

Welcoming the autumn equinox join Devin for a yoga class focused on deep releases using a variety of practices including Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, facial release, and pranayama. Expect the class to be slow, low to the ground, and include a long guided relaxation practice.
