About the event

Participants must know how to swim. 

Take your yoga practice on the water! This unique class focuses on the union between nature and man. We practice control of our bodies with traditional yoga asana (poses) and learn to go with the flow and trust our connection to the board and the water. Level 1 is appropriate for those with little or no paddleboard experience but all participants should have dry-land yoga experience. We work progressively from poses low to the board like seated and kneeling postures with the option to try standing!

  • Participants must sign a waiver acknowledging the inherent risks involved with exercising outdoors, in water.
  • Social distance guidelines will be emailed to registered participants.
  • Participants must be 16+ and able to handle the paddleboard on their own. 
  • 48hour cancellation policy. If we cancel due to weather, the class will be added to your MindBody account for future use. 


  • Level 1 SUP

    Includes board, paddle, and PFD rental for 1 hour.
