Using a variety of techniques and equipment we provide, spend an hour focused on functional movements and getting stronger! Put good patterns in your body to help feel better and focus on you for an hour! Mindful movement has new meaning with Deb's attention to detail and subtle, yet powerful work-outs that help to balance the body and improve overall functional strength using body weight exercises, TRX, and circuit training. It's a great compliment to a yoga practice or stands alone to help you move more freely in the world. Yet the best part is probably the community of kind, supportive, and lively people that come to class! Limited to 10 participants, Beginners always welcome. Classes weekly.
Advanced TRX | 60 min.
Prior approval from the instructor is required.
This class is the next step for those who have a consistent exercise routine and experience with the TRX. This class gives more advanced options and combinations during a TRX-based workout and may include the TRX Rip Trainers. Limited to 8 participants. Class weekly.
