It's all the rage to be on your hands right now. Instagram is full of yogis floating, pressing, and even walking around on their hands. This workshop is a straightforward practice of how to hand-stand. We will discuss and experience:
Mobility practices that are necessary to invert
Strength tips for hands, shoulders, and core
Variations of how to get upside down
What props to use when
We will have time to answer your questions, too!
You do not have to have handstand practice but we suggest this practice is appropriate for those with yoga and/or fitness experience. We suggest you practice your own warm up or attend the fitness class at North Adams Yoga prior to the workshop.
