Our fitness instructor is here to help decode all of the fitness jargon that is out there, to help dispel myths of what works and what doesn't, to answer your questions, and to help you experience an empowering and inspired workout.
She has a fresh take on what it means to live a 'healthy lifestyle': it's about doing what is best for you and doing it often. She will offer suggestions to help start a fitness program that you can use at any stage of life and experience a workout with her (it's pretty much the furthest thing you can get from intimidating).
THIS CLASS IS GOOD FOR: Those who want to work out but don't know where to start. Those who have injury or conditions they need to have exercises modified for. Those who have questions about fitness / wellness. Those who may be practicing yoga and want to go to the next level in their practice.
