Ready to be upside down? Here we go! This is a class that is best for those who are interested to practice handstand, forearm balance, headstand, and shoulder stand. Each class will explore one or two different inversions or variations.
We will practice a brief vinyasa flow warm-up and begin the basics of being upside down. Devin is trained in the details and alternative techniques to have everyone successfully upside down!
Because of the nature of these poses, we do strongly suggest that participants have a least a year of yoga practice and require that participants have no known neck injuries or conditions. Other conditions may affect participation including but not limited to shoulder injuries, wrist injuries, and glaucoma. Please speak with us at least one day in advance if you are unsure.
