YOGA ON SATURDAYS

Enjoy the sound of the birds and practice under the treetops. Thanks to Tourists' sunny wellness platform in the woods, we're offering live, in-person yoga in the fresh air! Beginners and all-levels welcome. Feel free to bring your own mat and props, but we also have some available to lend out. Meet near the front desk 5 minutes before class. We'll walk to the platform together. Mornings can be chilly, but the platform is in the sun.
MORNING FITNESS ON MONDAYS

Start your day with an endorphin boost that may be better than coffee!* Interval training of bodyweight and resistance band exercises mix cardio and strength training to provide a full body workout suitable for anyone. Deb's attention to detail in this subtle, yet powerful workout al fresco will have you feeling energized and refreshed. Meet at the lodge 5 minutes before class and we will walk to the platform together. Sneakers and layers suggested. (Starts June 27)
