The words we so often speak and hear, reminding ourselves of a peaceful and calm mind, "Inhale, I know I am breathing in. Exhale, I know I am breathing out” are an adaptation from the lessons of Thích Nhất Hạnh, a Vietnamese teacher and activist. This meditation expands on the concept of breath, Satya (or what we know to be true), and focuses to the present moment.
