Mini bands are versatile equipment to strengthen your muscles! They’re great for our fitness classes and we strongly recommend having them. Grab a blue or black one to make your bridges more challenging, helping to combat hip fatigue from lots of zooming! Yellow and green are great for beginners and shoulder exercises.
