Relaxation Yoga is a special class that occurs about once a month. This class combines restorative movements and poses to help relax muscular tension before completely dissolving through a guided meditation called Yoga Nidra. This guided meditation works sequentially to release stress in different koshas, parts of yourself, including the body, the mind, and the psyche. In short: it's 75 minutes of chilling out. This class is a regular class price ($15 or packages applicable). Please register in advance because this almost always fills in advance. Limited to 17 participants.

What to Expect: We are moving slow and low (to the ground). There's nothing more blissful than this class. This class is appropriate for beginners and anyone who needs to restore body and mind. We may use essential oils. Please email us if you have any allergies or needs. Please notify us if you are pregnant or have injuries so we can help modify the practice for you.
