TRX Yoga takes your practice to a whole new level! The TRX suspension system assists and challenges your typical yoga poses like warrior two, handstand, wheel pose, pigeon pose, and warrior three. It also creates the opportunity to strengthen muscles unlike any yoga practice with core and whole body exercises. Instructor Devin Raber is dual certified as a Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer, and also certified by TRX as a TRX Yoga Instructor. The class is new and exciting for those who have been practicing yoga for years and will have you feeling stronger and more stable in challenging yoga poses! This 4-week series is also a great opportunity for yogis who have little or no experience with the TRX as we explain how to use and adjust the straps with detail. Limited to 7 Participants.
